Clients – Individuals, Organizations, Institutions who seek knowledge, training etc. from the Members.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
By logging in to Lnd Pool you give consent to us to collect personally identifiable information, such as your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number, Postal Address, Date of Birth, Emergency Contact, Skills, Resume, professional summary, education history, employment history, public forum activities, public profile links, Login id, etc.. You with full consent and information do provide us your Bank details to us to enable recurring periodical payments from or to you only if agreed by you expressly. By adding your address and other location details you are providing the consent to Lnd Pool to anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your PIN/ZIP code and country. If you are a Coach /Member, by being part of our program you hereby provide your consent to us to access your Unique ID number or any identification certificate and date of birth, for tax purposes and/or for background verification. All the above information shall be used by us to locate, identify, receive payments, impart information, serve you to meet the purpose of our business etc.
Members and clients may have the opportunity to create a profile, which consists of information which may include Personal Information, photograph, information about Members/Coach’s academic and work history. Some of the information in your Profile may be visible to registered users, depending on the nature of the information and the privacy settings you choose. You can manage your personal information.
By logging in to LnD Pool.com you are giving consent and permission to us to access information of your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring linked website addresses. We use this information only to deliver personalized service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Lnd pool website. We shall not monitor on your activities or web browsing using these data unless there is an express threat to our browser from the IP used. Except for the IP address you use to register/create the account, all IP addresses shall be deleted from our servers after 90 days, except on exceptional circumstances threatening our internal security.

If Members share their personal contact or other social media connections to the Clients or vice versa or to any one using Lnd Pool, then the person so sharing the personal data alone will be responsible for the cause and consequences. Lnd Pool shall not be made responsible for any use or misuse of the same.
Members are hereby mandated not to use real life examples or scenarios infringing third party’s privacy or data to describe, explain or use as example to the Clients to detail the topic.
It is the policy of LnD Pool not to side any political party or promote any opinion of any sect, cult, religion, group or political party.
We allow other users to use contact information they have about you, such as your email address, to find you, including through contact importers and search, and they may also contact you through the Services.
Protecting the financial and banking data of parties and third parties are especially important. For that reason, LnD Pool does not knowingly collect or maintain personally
identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Website from users under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 13. Lnd Pool do not ask for any insider information or promote any one to share their insider information with others thorough the portal or otherwise. If anyone, be it an organization or a member share their insider information that will be at the risk of the person who shares the same.

Lnd Pool collects and uses your personal information for operating and training purposes, and also to improve customer experience. You hereby give us the permission to use your personal information to identify you, know your preferences and your interactions with the Site to allow us to customize your experience, subscriptions, accumulated reputation, date of last login, and to administer and for trouble shooting.
